🎃 Daruma Pumpkin: a Japanese good luck charm meets Halloween

What happens when a Halloween pumpkin meets a Daruma, the traditional Japanese lucky charm? You get this little guy: cute, round, and ready to watch over your home all season long.

Light up the eyes

The eyes have two cavities designed for MINI LED BALLS, easy to find on Amazon (the same ones as in my Cyberjack pumpkin – search for MINI LED BALLS on Amazon). Choose a light PLA for the best glow: white always beats a dark matte grey.

Want the full effect? Place the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit-001 (Bambu Store) under the pumpkin to light up the whole piece.

What’s in the files

1. The full-size model with LED eye cavities
2. Multicolor variants in the 3MF, for AMS or multi-extruder printers. The black makeup markings are separate parts, so recoloring takes seconds and no painting is needed
3. A mini version at 50% scale with solid eyes, reworked so the walls stay thick enough to print cleanly

The model also scales up nicely: 30, 40 or even 50 cm, depending on your build volume.

3MF files ready to print

The included 3MF files are optimized for Bambu Studio and should work correctly with Orca Slicer and Prusa Slicer. Using them in other slicers may break alignment, colors and custom settings.
